Refund policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Bakery Behavior does not accept returns or exchanges on candles or wax melts.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@bakerybehavior.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.
Bakery Behavior is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, heat exposure after delivery, incorrect shipping information entered at checkout, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Our products are handmade candles and wax melts. They are not edible.
